the daily rate includes the following
every forth day room cleaning and change of towels and bedlinen
heating
air conditioning
bed linen and towels (changed every fourth day)
all electricity and water etc.
the rate does not include
breakfast or any meals
checking in and out
check in a precise check in time has to be agreed, no reception at the house
check out by 10am.

car parking
a reserved parking space in a privat parking area is included in the above rate; the parking is just outside the old town; from there you can get a ape taxi to drive you to the house (€ 10) or walk up to the old town in about 10 minutes
booking, payment and cancellations
30% to be paid at the time of booking
the remaining 70% by at least two weeks before arrival
payment accepted by bank transfer only
in the case of cancellation payments already made cannot be refunded but can be used for one year following date of cancellation.
